Poo Busting Smoothie.

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 an avocado

1tbsp soaked chia seeds

2 tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseeds

1tsp psyllium husk

Huge handful of spinach

Add a tablespoon of your vegetarian protein powder of choice

Add ice and water

Blend & serve
